Fall Photo Shoots

As you may have noticed recently, fall photo shoots are on the rise. As the weather gets cooler, people are flocking to the pumpkin patches and orchards to get their pictures. Here’s some cute and fun ideas for you to take yours!

Dress in Flannel with your Friends: matching flannel or corresponding colors make for a simplistic, but fun photo. Head to your favorite fall spot and snap some pictures!

Ghost Photo Shoot: Grab a large sheet and some sunglasses, put the sheet over your head and the sunglasses on. This creates a quick and easy “ghost” look. Grab a friend to take some shots of you anywhere you’d like.

Pumpkin Patch/ Corn Maze: Head to your nearest corn maze or pumpkin patch. Find any already set up photo opportunities and try them out! Then, pick up some pumpkins or peak around the corner of a corn maze and get a friend to take some candid shots.

Apple Orchard: Going apple picking? Climb into a tree and have someone take some shots from differing angles. Grab some candid shots while you’re at it!

Halloween Group Photos: Get some corresponding costumes for your group and have someone take some shots. Pose in goofy ways and just have fun. You’ll end up with some funny shots, but a lot of cute ones.

Even if you don’t have a great camera, you can use your iPhone to take any of these shots. With the right angles and lighting some phone pictures can look close to professional. Try out some editing apps that can be downloaded free on the app store, like Snap seed. Change the settings and filters until you’re satisfied with your creation!
