The Machines Are Taking Over

Here at the BWHS Print and Design Service we currently have two wonderful machines that make up our brand. One is named Prints Charming and the other named Harry Plotter.

Prints Charming is our large format printer that does basically everything except design the print of course. Other than that he is what makes us able to do what we do; without him we would not be capable of printing anything other than just a regular size of paper. He is also capable of printing on all different kinds of paper, starting from regular economy paper all the way up to thick poster boards for things like our Big Heads. Recently he has been a little fussy with us but we’d like to think that's only from being unused for awhile.

Harry Plotter is our cutting plotter that is best for cutting out details in a print, we are still learning with this one since we had gotten it before the virus shut down which left us unable to learn. We have two of our junior boys learning the rains of Harry and are hoping to have some new products up that are only capable with this machine. He is able to cut designs out of regular vinyls, colored vinyls, and regular paper which makes us excited because that means that if one of you comes to us with a specific design we don’t have to cut it out by hand and can be more precise. We’ve already cut out a few designs but are waiting till we fully understand how to work the machine to get our new products up.

In this upcoming year we are hoping to purchase a large scale laminator that can support the size of all of our prints. With this laminator we will be able to make sure that we are reaching the best quality for our prints as possible before we pass them off to you. We also hope to purchase a heat press machine which will allow us to expand our products even more to things such as t-shirts and hats, to possibly shoes.

We are very excited about what the future holds for BWHS Print and Design Service, especially with more people involved we are able to have so many people learning so many different things about each machine we have or are looking forward to having.
